Actually, I thought this would be greeted with relief. I felt like I was ranting in a dark, empty hangar. Sort of like on a X-Files episode, but without the ET’s or Gillian Anderson.
I’m really mixed about Facebook. I prefer to have deeper conversations with interesting people like you. FB is constructed to prevent that. FB is like running into a friend on the potato chip isle at the supermarket. A few lines of polite banter, then you push your cart to the canned vegetables isle for some pinto’s.
I’ll continue to post social commentary on this site.

I think it’s useful to read the political opinions of intelligent people.
Is it possible to post to both? Why not also post it on Facebook?
